It is a legal requirement when selling your home to provide an EPC – we can organise this for you through a qualified energy assessor (contact the office for an estimate). Please note that an EPC is valid for ten years so if you have moved within this time we can check the national register to see if there is already one available.

You may need an Electrical/Gas Safety inspection to sell or let your property. Please contact the office for more advice on when this becomes necessary, we can organise on your behalf, an inspection from a qualified NICEIC electrician and/or gas safe registered engineer.
