Meet The Team
Mike is a long standing member of the NAEA and has earned his reputation from years of experience working in the local area. He first started work in Shenfield in 1985 with a local agent where he became branch manager and the business was subsequently taken over by a corporate agent, where he continued working and passed a diploma course relating to the industry. In 1997 he moved to a well known independent Essex based agent as branch manager and enjoyed a long successful career until 2015 when he joined forces with business partner, Margaret Nicol.
Margaret spent all her previous agency career with a large independent Essex based agent starting as a part time negotiator and progressing to assistant manager for one of the most successful branches in their company. During this time, she became a member of the NAEA having successfully passed her exams and she is fully committed to providing a personal service in a calm and productive way for all her clients. Originally born in Glasgow, Margaret now considers herself a local having lived and raised a family in Essex for the last 30 years.
Howard successfully ran his own business for 15 years having previously worked for several well known estate agents in the area where he gained experience of both residential sales and lettings. This enabled him to provide a full end to end service managing properties for clients who were looking to establish property portfolios under his guidance. He was then able to reduce the stress involved in the ‘buy to let’ process by providing a full and conscientious property management service. Raised and educated in Brentwood, Howard lives locally with his family where he is well known and has an established portfolio of clients.
Following graduation from Northampton University Joe started his career in sales at a utilities company in Manchester. Having grown up in Brentwood and being a passionate Southend United football supporter, Joe subsequently decided to move back to Essex where he began a training program at Ford Motor Company. He subsequently joined Howard Randall at his rapidly expanding property company, where he has remained for seven years, discovering a passion for property and completing the ARLA regulated property qualification. Joe’s local knowledge and experience enables him to assist clients with all their rental and property management needs.
Debs joined WN Properties soon after they established in 2015 having previously worked with directors Mike Wilson & Margaret Nicol during their former employment at a local estate agents. Before this she worked for 19 years in London gaining first class experience as a secretary for HSBC and JP Morgan and has subsequently spent the last nine years raising her family. Having previously built up her skills within the industry she was pleased to resume her career at WN Properties.
Kerry has an experienced background as a Production Manager at one of the world’s largest ethical cosmetics companies. She joined Howard in 2006, following a short career break, to look after his property management portfolio. Educated in Brentwood, Kerry still lives locally with her family and has a keen interest in keep fit. Amongst her many responsibilities Kerry looks after Landlord’s monthly rental payments as well as ensuring the smooth running of our property management department.
