Whether you wish to let your own home, or an investment property you own we recognise that you will want a swift return on your investment, and a smooth tenancy where your property is protected.

We provide a friendly and efficient lettings service based on our core values of marketing excellence and professional service. You can expect well-founded advice on the rental value to ensure the best results as well as practical advice on how best to maximize on the return.

There are two levels of service available:

LET ONLY: We secure a tenant for your property, carry out referencing and put an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement in place. We transfer the utilities into the name of the tenant and prepare a file for you enclosing all relevant information to assist you in managing your property. Our fees are paid at the start of the tenancy.

FULL MANAGEMENT: We receive incoming rent and submit monthly statements to the landlord. In addition, we take care of all ongoing repairs and maintenance by agreement with you, handle regulatory compliance and deal with the accounting. We visit the property at regular intervals and advise you of the property’s condition and act for you in any matters pertaining to the property and tenant.

Fees are competitive and you can upgrade your service options at only a little, or no extra cost. Terms apply.

We will handle procedural matters promptly and professionally. Where full management is chosen, an experienced team deals with property maintenance issues with an emergency service in place for matters falling outside normal office hours. As mentioned in our service your property is inspected periodically, to check that your property is being maintained so when repairs or maintenance is required we use only trusted local tradesmen and specialists.

Rest assured we operate to standards you can trust; our negotiating staff are members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and we a member of the redress scheme provided by The Property Ombudsman Scheme.

Our Clients' money is protected under ARLA's Clients' Money Protection Scheme.
